According to IRNA Jabouri said in a meeting with Iran's Ambassador to Iraq Iraj Masjedi on Wednesday.

During the meeting, the Iranian ambassador submitted the written invitation sent by Iranian parliament speaker Ali Larijani to his Iraqi counterpart.

Tehran hosts the meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on January 16-17.
