Turkish artillery once again attacked residential areas in Amedi, Dohuk province of the Kurdistan Region.
In an interview with Nas Kurd news site, the head of Kani Masi region, in Amedi, Dohuk province, Sarbast Saber, announced that the Turkish artillery shelled the area on Wednesday afternoon, December 23.
He added that the attack did not result in any casualties, but caused fear and anxiety among residents.
The Kurdish official also noted that this is the third time this year that the region has been hit by Turkey.
